About the Author
Throughout my life, I’ve struggled with anxiety, low self-esteem, feeling uninspired and just being generally unhealthy.
With my state of being weighing on me so heavily, I sought advice from many places. They all told me how to be ‘healthy’, yet, I never felt like I was getting better, physically or mentally.
In fact, the strict diets I tried and toxic positivity rhetoric I encountered made me feel more burnt out than ever.
I just wanted to fall in love with life again.
Finally, I found Self-Care, Yoga and Ayurveda as well as other ‘alternative’ practices and began to see differences in my health and overall wellness.
In 2017, I became a yoga teacher and began a journey learning about what wellness really is and how to get there.
For me the answer was based in intention and self-care. Only when I started making intentional decisions based out love did I forge my path to wellness and begin to find my true Self.
Now, I want to share that journey with you. I hope that throughout these pages, you will find your path to wellness through self care and intentional living.
